I love using colour, pattern, and texture to create wearable and functional hand painted and hand printed fashion products.

 

In 1997 I launched my business producing unique hand painted and printed silk and velvet textile accessories. Experimenting with layering various techniques, including devore dye reduction, wax resist, screen printing and hand painting, stripping the cloth and adding further colours creating sumptuous fabrics.

 

Alongside this, I have diversified my work by exploring surface pattern on other materials and am now selling a new collection of printed jewellery. I use Aluminium as it is lightweight, affordable, and beautifully displays the colour and surface patterns I love to pass on my skills through teaching and workshops. I am also available for commission.
