Save the Date – Craft Works November 6th-8th, 2020

We are pressing ahead with plans for our lovely Christmas Show at Worcester Porcelain Museum, so mark up your calendar and make it a date.

The venue is the recently refurbished Henry Sandon Hall at the Royal Porcelain Works, Severn Street, just off Worcester town centre.

Covid-19
While we hope we might see an improved situation by November, we will, of course, take all necessary measures to comply with the latest guidelines on social distancing, wearing masks, one way systems, etc to protect you and to protect our members.
We are all in the same boat, watching & waiting.

Exhibitors
What we can say is that there will be a variety of beautiful, hand made & completely individual items for you and your home; perfect presents too!
Absolutely stunning jewellery, stylish personal and home accessories, contemporary furniture that will become an heirloom, awesome wall art or an extraordinary 3D piece for your console and more – all locally made in Worcestershire or nearby.

We are all very excited and keeping fingers, toes and anything else crossable, crossed that it goes ahead.

Looking forward to meeting you, some for the first time, telling you a little about our craft & art works and sharing our inspirations & our influences. And having the opportunity to discuss commissions, in many cases in time for; shhhh you know that event that happens around mid-winter?

Craft Works at Worcester Royal Porcelain Works

31st October – 8th November 2020 tbc

2020 will be the third year for our selling exhibition, Craft Works, at the Royal Porcelain Works, in our home town of Worcester.
Our venue is the impressive Henry Sandon Hall in the newly refurbished building opened in 2018.

It’s not too early to get festive and alongside our timeless pieces you will find perfect Christmas gifts and decorative accessories, with price points to suit everyone. We’ll all be in Christmas spirit by then too and look forward to welcoming you again.

The building, in Severn Street, also hosts a fab cafe and has parking close by.
It is just a short walk from the busy town centre. However, dare we say, you wont find any or our work on the high street, it’s all unique and individually made. So for gifts with more thought and distinction do come and see.

Note:
Not all our members exhibit at every show, so if there is someone you specifically want to meet, please contact them direct to check. And don’t forget to follow us on facebook for the latest updates as the event draws near.

New Guild Exhibition at Croome Walled Gardens

WGCC at Croome Walled Gardens

Latest update July 2020.Walled Gardens at Croome

We were so excited to have this new venue for this year.
Sadly it looks like you will have to wait until Summer 2021 to see us in The Visitor Centre at the fabulous Croome Walled Gardens. It’s an amazing restoration project and enough to inspire young and old to ‘grow their own’. We can’t wait to meet you there!
Here’s something to wet your appetite; a brief history.

We will, of course, let you know if anything changes, so join us with fingers crossed for next Summer, 2021 and in the meantime; stay safe.

Not all our members exhibit at every show, so if there is someone you specifically want to meet, please contact them direct to check. And don’t forget to follow us on facebook for the latest updates as the event draws near.

Three Choirs Festival 2020 – Worcester

Now Cancelled!

Three Choirs FestivalSadly, The Three Choirs Festival Worcester 2020 is another victim of this virological war we are fighting right across the globe.
But like all good festivals they will be back!

Worcester 2021 festival dates are 24th – 31st July.
And we hope to exhibit with other Craft Guilds in the Art & Craft Marquee in the gorgeous setting of College Green.

The organisers of the festival have been busy creating great online content to give you a flavour of Three Choirs, so visit & stay tuned.

And for a little bit of fun, there is still time to join in voting in The Three Choirs Premieres League – not footy but musical works premiered at the festival over its long history.

Not all our members exhibit at every show, so if there is someone you specifically want to meet, please contact them direct to check. And don’t forget to follow us on facebook for the latest updates as the event draws near.

Malvern Autumn Show 2020

Now cancelled.

What can we say? Another event cancelled, it feels like we are in stasis.

However, on the bright side, it looks like 2021 is shaping up to be an absolutely cracking year, as events and exhibitors alike will be going all out to make up for the year that was lost.

We love Malvern, in the spring and the autumn as not only do we get to show our work and meet lovely people face to face, something we’re all missing at the moment, we also get a chance to do a little garden shopping.
